Julie Plotnik at Victory Home Loans just sent me an article from CNN about creative things sellers are offering to attract buyers. Incentives span from flat screen TVs to cars.
We’ve seen some intriguing offerings in our local market too. One seller was offering a beautifully restored classic car! There were tickets to the Ryder Cup last summer. Cash is always popular. Condo owners are offering assistance with association dues.
I did find the Pulte offering ‘creative’. Check out the article and let me know what you think about that one.
