Hope To See You Tomorrow

Birmingham Bloomfield Realtor NetworkTomorrow is another of our fun and creative Birmingham-Bloomfield Realtor Network Last Tuesday Tours. I will be at 975 Fairfax between 10 and 1 and I would love to see your smiling faces.

For those of you who missed my post about cooperation, the BBRN is a group of 10 top producing agents from competing Birmingham-Bloomfield offices that works together to increase exposure for it’s members listings. We meet once a month to discuss our new listings and jointly plan a marketing event. These events have come to take on a life of their own with other agents looking forward to our next effort.

Last month we had between 50 and 75 agents through the 10 homes on the tour. That was amongst the highest traffic I had ever seen at an open house. And that was in spite of a fresh 6 inches of snow that fell the night before the open house. I am hoping the weather is more cooperative tonight.

Regardless, the group is really a great thing. We share ideas freely even though we are competitors. This can only help us and our clients. I feel like my ’sales force’ has been expanded as I know these top producers are aware of my listings and would put them in front of their clients when appropriate.

So if you are not busy, come visit me and my friends and see some super houses while you are at it.

Wait, you mean to tell me that you started a network group and there are no computers…that’s soooo 2006.

I can’t wait to find out how today’s tour went. I noticed on the site that it’s “10 distinctive properties”… what price range are we talking about? I know this group only recently started this but I’m curious if you’re aware of any homes on tour that have sold as a result of being on the tour?
