Tomorrow is an extra special Last Tuesday Tour. The Birmingham-Bloomfield Realtor Network, our group of 9 top producing agents from competing offices, is teaming up with The Somerset Collection and King Financial to raise money for the Barbara Ann Karmanos Center. We will be accepting donations at each of the 9 wonderful homes we have on the tour between 10 and 1. For more information, head on over to LastTuesdayTour.com. We will have maps available in the houses.
Somerset Collection has generously donated $100 gift certificates that will be raffled off in each home. Dmitry and I will be at 2480 Lost Tree Way, in Bloomfield Township, right across from the International Academy. For an on-line preview, visit www.LostTreeWay.com.
The home Dmitry and I had on February’s Last Tuesday Tour, 975 Fairfax, went under contract last week, after just 63 days on the market. Â Don’t worry, though, we’ve got others!

I’m impressed with the cooperation you have between brokerages in your area. Also, kudos for supporting a great cause. Good luck with the benefit and good luck selling that listing.
This is a wonderful way of giving back to the community. And the house on Lost Tree Way is beautiful. The backyard looks like a park and I must say I love the purple in the Kitchen and nook area. I hope that you have a good response for the cause as well as selling the house.
I heard a blurb on Michigan Radio yesterday that the Karmoanos Center was causing a stir with the announcement of plans to buy Riverview Hospital. I hope that didn’t effect the success of your benefit.
