This week we attended a training seminar conducted by Realtor.com. As the largest real estate site in the world they have over 6 million consumers visiting them every month. Impressive! Last year we took our marketing efforts for our sellers to a higher level by “enhancing” our listings. Essentially, we offer more pictures and better descriptions. Listings with additional photos get many more hits than those without.

Now we are very excited to announce that we can put our listings on the first search page of Realtor.com. This advertising is limited to a very few Realtors, and is exception exposure for any home seller. We’ve just started with this and are looking forward to amazing results.
