This is interesting (and for some, depressing)! Forbes has created a calculator that tells you how much it costs to live well in various locations. I didn’t find it too accurate, but it was interesting, nontheless.

I just read a report that homes on Realtor.com that have 6 photos are viewed 299% more often than other homes. WOW! We always enhance our listings with additional photos and virtual tours. In a competitive market, we do what we can to increase our clients exposure. Don’t accept less.
