She is stating that if I purchase a home warranty that I don't pay till closing. ($471.00). Is that a set in stone price? Also she stated that if something broke while I was under contract, I would only pay the $75.00 deductable and if the house did not sell and we stopped listing the house I would not have any other out of pocket cost for the repair.
