Showings, Traffic and Hits

Has it really been two weeks since my last entry? Wow. The funny thing is that “hits” are up over the last few days even without new content. Not what I would have expected a few days before Christmas. Seeing the same thing on our web site Oakland-County-Homes.com

Also would not have expected that we would have had many showings on our listings this week, but we have had a bit more activity than we had earlier in the month. All in all, I would say that in 2005 the Oakland County Real Estate Market was unpredictable and didn’t act or react the ways we normally expect. In the next two weeks we will be putting out our year end statistics for Oakland County Real Estate and for the specific markets that we track on a monthly basis. Check back right after the first of the year for these reports and our latest newsletter. If you would like to be added to our monthly newsletter mailing list, please drop a note to mail@oakland-county-homes.com.
