Learning Makes Us Better Realtors
Published January 5th, 2006 in Dmitry and Maureen.Dmitry spent today in his first day of courses to obtain his Michigan real estate broker’s license. In all, 90 hours of coursework are required in addition to at least two years of practicing real estate as an agent and a certain number of transactions. We know that investing out time and money in acquiring additional education in our field will only make us better in our ability to serve our clients.
Last year I obtained my e-PRO designation, which is the National Association of Realtors only approved training for internet expertise. The course focuses on how to save clients time and money. Now who wouldn’t want that?
In the 12 months since passing the course, we’ve made virtual tours and a lots of photos prominent parts of our marketing plan. Buyers want to see them, so we want to supply them. Buyers and sellers both get very quick responses from us to their emails. This blog keeps our clients informed on market trends, as do our monthly newsletters and our market condition reports on Realtor.com.
