Nobody Likes a Stinky House (If I Can Smell It, I Can’t Sell It)

in Seller Information

If your home is vacant and you are trying to sell, its not uncommon for the home to become a bit musty smelling once you are gone. This is no reflection on your housekeeping habits, and occurs all the time once a home is sealed up and doors and windows don’t let in fresh air as frequently.

We’ve successfully used a product called Smells Be Gone, and we really like it because it does not fill the house with any perfumy odors. Frankly, I don’t like the smells of most deodorizers and they tend to intensify in a vacant home, just like that musty smell. Smells Be Gone seems to neutralize the odor, not mask it.
