Friends highly recommended a new yoga studio in Royal Oak called Yoga Shelter. Happily enough, Yoga Shelter is offering a free week of unlimited yoga to new visitors. They are also honoring the offer at their West Bloomfield location at Orchard Lake and Maple.
I just completed my free week, and joined up for another 60 days. I’m feeling lots of muscles I haven’t used in a long time, but not in a bad way. Honestly, I feel really good — I would just describe it as muscle awareness. Yoga Shelter is a very encouraging and nurturing place, and ANYONE can do it. Check out a class. I think you’ll like it.
