Are the Homebuyers Showing Interest?

This summary report just came in from Realtor.com, showing us how many times our listings have been viewed over the last 2 months. The statistics for the week of January 15th are incomplete, so the drop shown is incorrect.
As we’ve said before, we’ve noticed a lot more showings since after Christmas. Our web site is setting records for the number of new visitors we are attracting who are interested in finding out more about Oakland County Homes for sale. This report from Realtor.com reinforces those observations. Hits on our listings are way up there too!
Buyers seem to be getting more serious about making a move. If you know a buyer or a seller who would like to make a move in Oakland County, we would be delighted to make that move easier.
