Today Rick Bowling, a home inspector from LandAmerica Property Inspection Services came to speak with us about mold. Moldy issues have gotten a lot of press in recent years, and I found some of Rick’s observations very enlightening. Basically, mold is everywhere. There are about 300,000 different kinds of mold. Up to 30% of homes have ‘black mold’ in them.
