Funny things happen when your company’s name changes.
Published May 10th, 2006 in Dmitry and Maureen. This morning at our office meeting we had a chance to discuss the interesting things that have happened since we became SKBK Sotheby’s International Realty last week. Personally, I am having a little bit of trouble adjusting to the name, after so many years of saying the old name.
But I digress…
Anyway, we seem to be getting calls from people who want to sell their villas in Italy and their chateaus in France. Really. Interestingly enough these are local people with second homes abroad that they want to sell. Honestly, we haven’t had a lot of international referral business in past, so this is an exciting new development for us. If you have a villa, chateau, castle or other foreign real estate holding, call us. We can put you in contact with local experts who will provide outstanding service.

I noticed the company name on RealTalk and stopped here to investigate if you had switched companies or company switched names. Classy new name.
