50 year mortgages

The latest mortgage product out of California, of course. Though we are not financial advisors, I would suggest that at 50 year mortgage is a bad idea for most buyers, especially in Michigan. We do not have the enormous annual appreciation in property values that would help someone get out from under one of these mortgages.
