A picture is worth 1,000 words

in Buyer Information,Seller Information

We have been working with a buyer who will be moving back to Oakland County from Europe. This buyer has been browsing all of the on-line listings I send, and frequently comes back with the question, “Do you have more pictures?”

These are not our listings and since we do not represent the sellers we don’t have pictures other than those provided by the listing agent. I’ve actually gone into homes to photograph them for the client and created virtual tours so that the client can get a better idea of what is being offered.

The message here is that buyers want photographs. They want to be able to get an idea from home, before they ever get in the car to look. If you are thinking of selling, make sure your listing agent has the ability to post lots of pictures of your house, and present it a way that will attract potential buyers.
