For at least a year now, we’ve been shouting out the message, “There has never been a better time to buy a home in Oakland County. Never. Really.” We mean it. The selection for buyers borders on overwhelming. The bidding war from buyers has been replaced by the bidding war from sellers. Terms, conditions and incentives are in the buyers favor these days. On top of that, interest rates are cooperating, remaining at historically low levels. Just take a look at this graph of historical interest rates, created by our Realtor friend in Maryland, Lenn Harley of Homefinders.com
If you are on the fence, its time to get off. Call us today at 248.961.0801 and we will get to work on finding your next home.

Interest Rates are Still At 30 Year Lows and actually have fallen in the last few weeks.
There is a lot of inventory on the market right now….Low Demand = High Supply = falling prices.
So Lets See, Rates still at historic lows, check.
Falling Prices in some markets, check.
Sellers willing to give creative incentives and reduce the amount of out-of-pocket expense for buyers, check.
It’s never been a better time to buy a house, as long as I can remember.
