For at least a year now, we’ve been shouting out the message, “There has never been a better time to buy a home in Oakland County. Never. Really.” We mean it. The selection for buyers borders on overwhelming. The bidding war from buyers has been replaced by the bidding war from sellers. Terms, conditions and incentives are in the buyers favor these days. On top of that, interest rates are cooperating, remaining at historically low levels.
