You know you’ve been indexed by google when…
Published October 10th, 2006 in Blogging.Your blog gets 31 spam comments overnight. Yes, I know that is nothing compared to the BIG real estate bloggers, who probably get 31 spam comments in a minute, but, in a way, it makes me happy. I won’t be saying that a few months from now most likely. And the comments range from the filthy to even filtier. Ick. Since this domain is new to google I am happy to know I’ve been found.
Now, googlebot, please send me some more real readers. Please.

I think that could go down as another hint that you are a blog-a-holic.
Just to let you know - thank you for the add on your blog roll - you are added!! Thanks again!
Welcome to the party! I average about 40 a day myself. The problem is that my spam catcher occassionally swoops a valid comment, so I am constantly having to filter through these darn things just in case. I have often wondered, do the spam ads really work? Hard to believe, but they must occassionally it paydirt or they wouldn’t keep tormenting my site.
Congrats. I can’t count how many spam emails i get because of multiple web sites and blogs and 6 email addresses all forwarding to one acount. I see that my blocker caught 37 today but I think I have deleted 20 or so. Most comes from the U.K., some from Japan that I can’t even read. So many people are interested in enhancing my maleness.
Congrats!
I loathe spammers. I just don’t get it. My blog spam catcher has snagged over 21,000 spam comments since I started using it just a little over six months ago. TWENTY ONE THOUSAND. That’s just nuts. Don’t these people have something better to do with their time?
This amuses me. Now I am up to about 300 or more a day, easily. I HATE this spam.
