Blogging has gotten away from me this week. Life and real estate have gotten in the way. In a span of 5 days, we’ve taken on 6 new listings, written a couple of offers and picked up a few new buyers. We are excited by the activity.
Today I am holding open our listing on 663 Purdy, in Birmingham, as part of our SKBK Sotheby’s Birmingham In Town Living Tour. The weather is not exactly cooperating but its been great to have people stop by in spite of the rain.
Everyone asks about the market. What can I do to sell me home seems to be the question of the day. So tomorrow I will be back with our list of things we are doing to help our clients be the ones who get the offer.
