I wasn’t going to post again today, but I just got an email from Julie Plotnick at Victory Home Loans telling me that mortgage rates are at 14 month low. Now there is some good news.
I’ve said it before, I’ll say it again (but hopefully not too many more times): This is a FABULOUS time to be a home BUYER in South East Michigan. And I would be more than happy to guide you through the buying process.
