(www.wirelessoakland.com) In the FAQ section it states that Birmingham is not yet on the system and is expected to see service sometime after the first of the year. Remember, you’re in the PILOT areas of the rollout, and the very nature of a pilot program is that it’s in the testing and experimental phase.
