Living Like A Rock Star Just Got More Affordable

A while back (yes, I am too lazy to look up the date), we gave our readers the lowdown on White Stripe’s singer Jack White’s sale of his former home in Detroit. Jack abandoned the city and headed to Nashville to set up residence. As I said before, I could not name one song that Jack sings but that does not mean anything.
Anywho, it looks like Jack’s manse is still without a new owner, in spite of some top notch marketing by his Realtor (not me). The price has just been reduced from $930,000 (now that was an odd number) to $650,000. That has to be the largest price reduction I have seen on a home priced below a million bucks. Looks like Jack is motivated.
