“Our mortgage bank just sent a letter that they will give us a refi loan with no fees and no closing costs Is that really possible, or am I just paying through a higher interest rate or something Isn’t there “no such thing as a free lunch?”

Brian Brass, from Guaranteed Rate in Southfield just popped on to my radar recently. Brian does a great job of outlining mortgage fraud schemes. When I wrote about mortgage fraud yesterday I decided not to go into the typical schemes because I didn’t want to give anyone any ideas. But honest people need to know what to look for, right?
