File this one under “I learn something new every day.” Did I expect that the ‘world’s most expensive house’ as named by Forbes magazine would be in Montana? No, I did not. I would have expected it to be on one of the coasts on a gorgeous piece of ocean front property. Just goes to show you that real estate is local.

My question, will house guests be given gps devices so they can find their way around?
Best of all, its a spec house. Looks like the real estate market is not slow in Montana.

I just instantly flashed on the glut of overpriced spec homes we have out here and how many of those builders probably wish they’d opted for a 2,000 square foot 3/2 or the like.

I can see why a heated driveway is important in Montana lol. They do seem to be trying to create an air of excitement around it…..wouldn’t it be interesting if it sits there like other spec homes.
