Nothing like a some good real estate market news. Yes, I have said I don’t like talking about statistics, but our MLS, Realcomp reports that Oakland County home sales were up between 4 an 5% in February, and about 1% over February 2006. Good news indeed. Here is the story from the Detroit News.
There are some outstanding values in the market today. It is a phenomenal time to buy a home.
