First off we have this YouTube video. As a Realtor with a sense of humor, I don’t mind when the joke is on us. Head over for a laugh, and I hope nobody has to work with a guy like this. Ever. Warning, he drinks out of the milk carton and he violates other rules of basic hygiene. This video is not for the germ-o-phobic.
From the wacky but true files we have the Washington State homeowner who’s home was vandalized after someone (who must really not like her at all) posted a notice on Craigslist stating that the door was opened and all of the contents were free for the taking. Within two hours people even ripped out the kitchen sink and the front door.
