I think your work is very good. We are a company in the same field, in many ways. It is obvious that you have invested your time in your product.

Congratulations on a great website, and the above examples of exemplary workmanship.

As a professional model builder for a firm, I wouldn't say that the profession is really DYING. Seasoned architectural professionals will tell you there's nothing better than a model to convey your design. The wow-factor of 3d-computer modeling and rendering has it's benefits, but most are superficial and sometimes still disorienting to clients. I would say that the profession is merely shifting. Because of technologies that have developed (CAD, laser-cutting, 3D-Printers), it's easier for architects and CAD-monkeys to build the models themselves. There are still model-builders around the world, and all over the U.S.

MF, how cool is this! Architectural model making is definitely a dying field and I so admire the industry. I can tell you that in architecture school I built plenty of models and you know who has the gift of building these and who doesnt. I will tell you that years ago, pre-laser cutters it was a lot harder to build models....I can't even imagine.
Thans for the info Dean!

These models have always impressed me as well. They offer a wholistic view, nearly impossible to convey from a two dimensional drawing.
