   The sign matches the trim which is a nice touch. The spelling is correct. What more could you ask for - obviously a FSBO. I think it may affect curb appeal.

   I bet there is a story there. Disgruntled spouse, someone is owed money, a practical joke from a best friend. I need to know the rest of the story….

   I wish I knew the rest of the story. One of my colleagues received this yesterday in a widely circulated list of funny pictures/email joke thingy. There was no source, so we could make up our own story. Maybe I will have a contest!

   That looks like it’s spray-painted on brick - yikes! If nothing else, the owner certainly drew attention to the property!

   MF - that totally cracked me up! - is that a brick facade? Are they nuts? It looks like those signs people plaster all over South Florida before a hurricane hits asking it “PLEASE GO AWAY”

    There’s something you don’t see every day. I don’t envy the one who gets stuck trying to clean the paint off of that brick.
