Seriously, only a small percentage of deadbeats can ruin the market comps for everyone. In your earlier stats posting for oakland county, the median sales price declined by 30.16% year end 2007 compared to 2006. MAny of the people in these homes can't really afford them. Anymore. Im patiently renting like a vulture. Lifestyles of the Rich and Indebted, overextended.
