I edited the post to reflect the Pistons' current status.....unfortunately. The proverbial "5 Year Plan" has had to be revised for many, I'm sure. We decided to take the advice of "If you don't have to sell, don't". While we would love to take advantage of the outstanding housing deals out there right now (Hickory Barn Lane would be high on our list!), I just don't have the fortitude to try to sell right now.
