But I have seen some Sotheby's listings for homes/condos that are not-so-extreme in the pricing area. My parents are wanting to sell their home. I told them about you -- they live in the older section of Bloomfield North Estates. Which I think is actually called something different. They're looking to downgrade into a condo, but they aren't sure how to proceed. Just a lot of looking. My dad showed me a condo yesterday that he and my mother are interested in ... it's off Square Lake just before the 75 onramp going north.
