The house sold at auction on May 29, 2009. The opening bid was 2.5 million, and the house sold for 4.5 million. What a shame! I’ve actually been to the house and seen it, what a prize. I don’t know if the new “owner” is going to live in it, or sit on it for a while til the market changes.
