The current owner built this home.

If you pay less than a current owner&#039;s SEV then you have a very good case for getting the property taxes reduced the next year.  Nobody can guarantee what a municipality will do when they reassess a home the February after the sale, but should you need to protest, your purchase agreement and appraisal should be very compelling arguments for a reduction
