If you don’t win……………I will be amazed. Looks like a slam dunk to me. Kid Rock, now how did you pull that off, my friend.

Maureen Francis 12.14.08 at 8:32 pm

Thanks Missy. I don’t think it is a slam dunk at all, but I would love to win. Dale Chumbley has a future (or a past) in video production. His entry is amazing.

Vote for Maureen! Now I’m wondering why I am *not* pimping votes for my own crappy blog.

Linda Davis 12.14.08 at 9:40 pm

Maureen deserves to win. Her blog is really crappy! Wait, I didn’t mean it the way it sounded. What I meant to say is that she needs help real bad. That doesn’t sound right either. Well, you know what I mean. Just give her the win man.

Donna Klein 12.14.08 at 10:03 pm

Maureen, you SO deserve to win! You offer such great resources! I love your blog and want to see you make it even better!!! You go!

Roberta Murphy 12.14.08 at 11:34 pm

YES, miOaklandCounty.com needs a makeover and you have my vote.
Now, please share how you got Kid Rock into your corner.
Enquirer-ing minds want to know:-)

Where do I go to stuff the ballot box?

Rocky 12.15.08 at 1:14 am

That’s hot. No joke.

Marianne Sweet 12.15.08 at 6:33 am

I have no doubt you will win Maureen! Who could resist Kid’s plea? Does this mean I really have to send you a new head shot now? DARN!

Kristy Dunnigan 12.15.08 at 12:51 pm

Maureen - this rocks! I love your blog - don’t change a thing! If you go too high tech - the rest of us will be lost!

Maureen Francis 12.15.08 at 9:33 pm

Roberta,

Don’t you think Kid Rock is a big real estate blog reader? Do you think other Realtors are the only one’s who read RE blogs ;-)

Roberta Murphy 12.16.08 at 3:01 am

Maureen,

Maybe Kid Rock aspires to be a Realtor? Did not know people other than Realtors follow real estate blogs….

Now, where do I go to vote for this fabulous blog???

Vlad 12.16.08 at 11:25 pm

Is there anyway we can hep- through voting or something?

Maureen Francis 12.16.08 at 11:38 pm

Thanks Vlad. I appreciate the offer. It’s in the hands of the judges now. I don’t know how they are deciding, or who they are, though I have a few guesses.

Derek Overbey 12.17.08 at 2:30 pm

Maureen, Big kudos to getting @TBoard to endorse you for this. Oh and that other Kid guy might help too.

Maureen Francis 12.17.08 at 7:00 pm

Thanks for all of your words of encouragement. Looks like I am headed for a transformation courtesy of http://www.realestatetomato.com and Inman.

Marianne, yes, you’d better come up with a headshot!

Here is the article from Inman today: http://www.inman.com/blog/2008/12/17/and-winner-inman-connect-nyc-09-blog-makeover

Todd Waller 12.17.08 at 9:04 pm

Well done Maureen! See, those broker classes and SocNet connections are all coming together for you….I mean you got @tboard for an endorsement!

Now, this Kid Rock guy in the funny hat….umm, is he an aspiring agent in your area that might want to drop in on a SEMIRE tweetup? Seems like he and @davesacre might get along pretty well, but we gotta work on that image! ;-)

Kudos Maureen!

Marianne Sweet 12.18.08 at 6:57 am

You’re the winner……AWESOME!!!

New head shot……EEEEEK!

Gerry RealtyMan Bourgeois 12.21.08 at 5:12 pm
