Thanks for stopping by and commenting! I appreciate it.

If you need help finding the information, your agent should be able to gather it for you and even set you up with an automated search so you receive new land contract listings daily.

Realtors have access to tons of search fields that are not on public sites. The land contract option is very rarely used, as it is a very tiny segment of homes sold, so I imagine that is why the search option not on sites that are available to the public, not out of any conspiracy to keep information from people.

That’s why real estate sites need to expand their search engines to reflect properties that are willing to work a land contract. The online resources are there, but oh-so out of reach conveniently.
