How many people have to pay that $20-$30 to the same company before it becomes a large fraud? If 1000 people pay $20 each that's an aggregate total of $20,000 - not an amount to turn your nose up at - and scumbags get away with this simply because of people preaching apathy. If people did their due diligence and fought this crap on principle, and it's not any harder than sending a few letters in the mail, this wouldn't be an issue.
