I found some pictures of Birmingham on Flickr that present a nice slice of the city. The photographer has his own blog, The Incorrigible City, where he shows the multi-faceted face of Detroit. I find his message hopeful. Take a look at this post to see what I mean.

A recent client wanted a completed NEW home in Birmingham.  With a budget of $2,000,000, one would have thought we would have had plenty to chose from.  We did not.

I was driving down Harmon Street in Birmingham today and I was compelled to jump out of the car to take pictures of a couple of homes with beautiful flowers in front of them. After our especially long winter, the bright colors seem even brighter this year.

In typical Michigan fashion, we experienced hail, rain, wind and bright sunshine all within an hour span. The weather did not prohibit all who turned out for today’s parade from having a great time.
I just realized I did not get any pictures of the Bassett Hounds! Next year…

This week “No U-Turn Signs” popped up in the center of Old Woodward. Seems like a crazy waste of money to me, and its more ugly signage.
